قام بنشر

مجموعة "دبي العالمية" التابعة لحكومة دبي تعلنه عن معظم دائنيها وافقوا على خطة اعادة هيكلة ديون قيمتها نحو 9,24 مليار دولار، بعد عدة اشهر من المفاوضات.
