رئيس الوزراء الروسي فلاديمير بوتين يقول بان على موسكو وكييف التحاور من اجل حل "مشكلة" نقل الغاز الروسي الى اوروبا معتبرا ان شبكة انابيب الغاز الاوكرانية ليست في حالة تضمن ايصال الامدادات.
