أكد الكرملين أنه لا يقبل فرض شروط عليه للبدء في مفاوضات بشأن الحرب ضد أوكرانيا، وفق ما نقلت قناة القاهرة الإخبارية في خبر عاجل.

وأشارت روسيا إلى أن العقوبات الدولية على كوريا الشمالية لم تساعد على تحسين الأمن الإقليمي.
