أخفقت مرشحة الحزب الحاكم بالبرازيل ديلما روسيف في تحقيق نصر حاسم في الجولة الأولى من انتخابات الرئاسة التي جرت أمس.وستخوض جولة إعادة بنهاية أكتوبر الجاري أمام مرشح المعارضة جوزيه سيرا الذي حصل على 33% من الأصوات.
