how can you make your word freeze

Hi for every one I will tell you in this step how I can let

The word as freezing word.

First:

Open your layer with any size you want it and write any word ,but

Let the background has white color with color is RGB.

 

 

Then:

You have to do this:

 

1- Filter->Noise->Add Noise

it has

Amount to 145

Gaussian Distribution to

 

 

And now we are going to join the layers together by

Layer->Flatten Image

Next

Filter>Pixel ate->Crystallize

Cell Size = 3

 

Then:

Filter->Blur->Gaussian Blur

Radius = 0,8

 

And also you have to do this :

1-Image->Rotate Canvas90->CW

2-Image->Adjust->Invert

3- Filter->Stylize->Wind

Method= Wind

Direction= From the Left

now color the word to be like freezing:

Image->Rotate Canvas->90CCW

Image->Mode->RGB Color=>to be sure it is RGB color.

Then:.

Image->Adjust->Hue/Saturation

Hue: 215

Saturation: 75

Lightness: 0
