الرئيس الامريكي جورج بوش في خطابه الاخير الى الشعب الامريك يدافع عن سجله على الصعيدين الداخلي والخارجي رغم تراجع شعبيته في اوساط الرأي العام الامريكي الى اقل من 25 بالمائة وهي الاقل منذ عهد الرئيس نيسكون.
